The Boom Shankar Carmen Top in Circulo is a waist-length top in a bold apple green with irregular cream polka dots. A double drawstring waist ruches in for shape, sitting neatly at the waist for an almost-peplum silhouette, while the gathered round neck is finished with a keyhole tie back in brass.
